Refund of Service

At VEILUE PROPERTY REAL ESTATE L.L.C, we strive to deliver the highest quality property inspection and consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted within the applicable timeframe and meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Refundable Conditions

A full or partial refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation made at least 14 days before the scheduled tour date (full refund)
  • Cancellation made 7–13 days before the scheduled tour date (50% refund)
  • Service not delivered due to circumstances within VEILUE PROPERTY REAL ESTATE L.L.C's control (full refund)
  • Significant deviation from the agreed-upon service scope, as determined by mutual agreement

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Cancellation made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date
  • No-show without prior notice
  • Dissatisfaction with market conditions or investment outcomes, as these are beyond our control
  • Services already rendered in full, including completed tours and delivered reports
  • Third-party costs already incurred (hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, etc.)

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and booking reference number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of the scheduled service
